PERSONAL HEALTH MANAGER

On request, we will provide you with a "Personal Health Manager".

Your Personal Health Manager takes responsibility from start to finish, from the planning of your treatment up until your safe return home. He is by your side at all times, taking care of you and your relatives, on-site if requested. He is discrete, sensitive to your needs, has profound knowledge of emergency- and transport medicine and great organizational skills - all of which make him an ideal attendant... for you, your family, and your most valuable possession: your health.

The Personal Manager is in charge of:

• choice of clinic and treating specialists
• organizational matters of all kinds
• acting as liaison for the clinic of choice, removing language barriers
• providing treating doctors with a translation of your patient history , prior to treatment
• safeguarding that the care you receive is individually and culturally attuned
• anything else you might wish for
